We are pleased to announce the new Mitutoyo ABS Digimatic Caliper line with exclusive AOS sensor technology. The patented Advanced Onsite Sensor (AOS) offers improved measurement dependability by increasing resistance to harsh workshop conditions.  Mitutoyo’s absolute Digimatic caliper sis the next generation of electronic calipers.  The caliper keeps track of of the origin point once it is set.  When turned on, the large LCD displays the actual slider position and is ready to being measuring with.  With the absolute encoder technology, there is no need for users to continually have to set zero on the caliper.  With the new Mitutoyo absolute digimatic calipers, there is no more concern for over-speed errors as some have seen with lesser quality electronic calipers.  The high quality guide surface finish ensures for smooth slider movement along the scale.

This caliper delivers highly accurate, four-way measurement capabilities with wide measurement ranges available (up to 1000mm/40”). The Mitutoyo ABSOLUTE digimatic caliper delivers accurate, repeatable outside dimension, inside dimension, depth and step measurements with accuracy and unrestricted speed. The caliper’s slide and jaws are constructed of hardened stainless steel with optional carbide-tipped jaws available. The impact-resistant, easy-to-ready LCD display is highly durable and provides large character height (9.0mm in height) which improves readability.
