The 2560 is a low temperature digital thermometer designed to hang or stand within the food zone inside cold storage cabinets.
This is one of the most accurate refrigerator / freezer instruments with a specification of ± 1ºF (± 0.5ºC), and is guaranteed
accurate for life. The large easy-to-read display also has freezer temperature symbols that display incrementally to indicate freezer
temperatures between 21.2º to -4ºF (-6º to -20ºC). The 2560 is ºF / ºC selectable with minimum and maximum temperature recall
modes. The unique ABS plastic frame design is removable for easy cleaning. Both the thermometer and the frame are water-
resistant and incorporate an anti-microbial additive that prevents the growth of bacteria.
